My experiences with Comfort Matters was always positive. A couple days ago I noticed 'pouches' of water in my laundry room wall. The office staff was helpful in expediting a service call. Kenny addressed the site of the water leak (behind the furnace) and reconnected plastic tubing that came loose. From there he advised me about the next steps to avoid mold and repair the damaged wall. I met with mitigation experts and have currently got large fans blowing 24 hours a day, with a plan to install new drywall soon. It was Kenny who helped me 'get the ball rolling.' He provided excellent customer service!

Comfort Matters kept me in the loop throughout process. I actually canceled an appointment at the last minute and they were fine about it. The service purchased was for the A/C Cleaning and tune up. They had a promotion for $95. The technician called me 30 minutes before as promised and was very professional and detailed. Put on some covers to cover the shoes before entering the house and at the end of the inspection gave of list of services/things to consider to keep the unit running. The technician explained in detail what was observed and recommended/suggested some services but not too pushy. Called the next day to follow-up about any services and that was it. I don't mind using their services again. And I recommend them.

For over 5 years I've used Comfort Matters as my go-to for Heating Cooling and now plumbing. Overnight my water heater failed and started leaking. My leak detectors caught it and shut off the water. Next day I called Comfort Matters and they were out that morning to see what needed to be done. They've always been very responsive. So we scheduled a replacement and this time a major upgrade to a Hybrid Heat Pump water heater. Bright and early the very next day - Jon the plumber was out and started the process of removing and getting the old tank out and prepping for new. By the time he was ready the new unit arrived and by 12:30 pm he was wrapping up the install and familiarizing me with the equipment. Great job!!!
