Kyle came out late in the evening to trouble shoot and fix my ac that wasn’t turning on. It ended up being the thermostat. He replaced the thermostat and made sure everything was operating properly. He was very professional and knowledgeable. A huge thank you to Kyle and the comfort matters team!

Comfort Matters provides excellent service always! Chad Dotzler visited our home to do our annual AC tuneup. Chad was very professional and a pleasure to work with. He gave us some good tips on keeping the furnace filter frame clean and keeping the outdoor pipes protected from birds and installing a cleanser pad in the drip tray for the AC evaporator coils.

If you are in the northwest or west TC metro and are in the market for an HVAC replacement you need to reach out to Comfort Matters. You will not regret it. I'm glad I did as they did the best job analyzing what system fit my needs and budget. They also back what they sell you with a 12 month guarantee!!!! This allows us to try the system during all 4 Minnesota Seasons! No other HVAC company offered us that peace of mind. Sales (Brandon) was professional and courteous and took time to ensure I was getting all the information I needed to make the best decision for our home. The instillation team led by Taylor did an outstanding job installing the system. He made sure to explain the process and answered all my questions. As a buyer of an HVAC system I know that installation is the most important part of this process. A bad installation (offered by some cheap companies) will cost you in the long run with a troubled system.Go with a company that is acknowledged by the HVAC equipment manufacturer as a certified distributor. Comfort Matters has that with Daikin (Daikin Comfort Pro). This means they have taken the extra training and education needed for proper installation and maintenance of the Daikin system.If you read all of this and are in the market, do your home a favor, call them. You will not regret it.

Excellent company called them and they came out same day and you speak with a live person on the phone no leaving messages. They send you a photo and info on person coming to your house and they call you to let you know when to expect them. I had Lyndon out he was super nice and very good at explaining and showing things to you. Very good at giving his opinion a little bit of pressure for buying but that’s to be expected given it is a sales position. He is not overly pushy and was very friendly and polite! Would recommend

Comfort Matters was fantastic from start to finish. Our system died on a Thursday, they had a representative out to see what the issue was on Friday, an associate out on Saturday to quote us on a new system that they installed on Wednesday. I am so glad I contacted Comfort Matters. They were the third plumbing company I contacted in my search for information on Reverse Osmosis Systems vs. a whole house carbon filter in addition to needing help with a leaky kitchen sink faucet. Comfort Matters was able to get a plumber out the next day. We met with Jimmy D. He arrived promptly. He was professional, friendly, very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He did a great job helping us understand the pro's and con's of ROS vs. carbon filter. Jimmy also tested our water and showed us a chart on the amount of chlorine the City of Rogers adds to our water (it was crazy high). Based on the info Jimmy shared and his expertise, it was easy to make the decision to move forward with having him install a new whole house carbon filter / softener combo system. At our request, he gave us tips on trying to fix our leaky faucet ourselves. One last comment is that Comfort Matters offers a great heating/cooling/plumbing membership package that gave us a break in the cost of our purchase/installation. We used Comfort Matters last fall when we needed our furnace and a/c inspected. They did a great job then as well. I highly recommend Jimmy and Comfort Matters.
