Lyndon and Jackson both provided excellent service. Even though we were scheduled for a diagnostic on Weds, Comfort called up Tues evening saying they were available then and Lyndon came out shortly after. We had an ongoing issue from last fall that a different company had charged us money for, did not fix, and became difficult to get a hold of. Lyndon was all over our system and laid out the options for us along with his professional opinion. We were so happy with the drastically better service that we signed up for the service plan and a new AC. After walking through the various options as well as some food for though for later improvements, Lyndon gave us the expectation that it would likely be early the next week but he would call then and there to get the install scheduled despite it being almost 9 at night (after asking us if it was ok that he was still here). Amazingly they were able to schedule the install the next day. The unit arrived around 8am and about 9:30 Jackson was on-site to install. By about 1 we had a newer better AC and Jackson walked through some new features and any questions I had about that as well as some other unrelated HVAC questions I had. I'm looking forward to having Comfort Matters maintain my systems as well as some other project work I have coming down the line based on this experience. 07/01/2026 - Travis came out to perform routine service on our AC. Super nice guy, handled the business, checked on our safety, and made some recomendations for improvements with no pressure. I greatly appreciate Comfort Matters employees continuing the inital great service. Many companies do that up front to make a sale and then its out the window. Comfort Matters continues to be a pleasant experience every interaction we have.

Comfort Matters just installed a new furnace and air conditioner for me today. The 2 technicians who came to do the work, Nick and Connor, were great. They explained how the day was going to go, dropcloths were put on the floor and shoe covers were worn every time they came in the house. I've been very pleased with the whole process from calling the office to get an estimate, actually getting the estimate to scheduling the installation. And the price was very competitive. Everyone I spoke with was professional, and answered any questions I had. I would definitely recommend them.
