We had been having trouble with our air conditioner not cooling properly. We had one company out a couple times without resolution. I called Comfort Matters and within a couple hours Andy was out for a consultation. We picked one and Joe and Mitch were out the following morning to install our new unit. Everyone was very professional going over everything and answered any questions we had. I would highly recommend Comfort Matters! Thank you so much!

Corey and his team at Comfort Matters quickly took care of me and got my AC back working in under 24 hours with a very reasonable cost! Nothing worse than losing your AC when it is 95 degrees out. Comfort Matters to the rescue!!

Technician called ahead of time with ETA. He arrived at stated time. Eric Vang was professional, competent and polite. He explained what he did and there were no abnormal findings. I have been a customer of Comfort Matters for several years and have been pleased with their service.

I highly recommend Comfort Matters and joining their Sunshine Club. The Technician, Matthew H., who came to flush my water heater and check the rest of my homes plumbing did an excellent job. He was professional, knowledgeable and personable. He took the time to answer all my questions and thoroughly explain everything he did. I will definitely call them again for my plumbing and HVAC needs.

John Reiter came out to my place day of to fix my AC. It was an unusual issue but he was able to diagnose it and get me up and running today.

As part of the Sunshine Club membership, Jaden came out and serviced our air conditioner. He also made us aware of some issues with both the air conditioner and our furnace. Both are 16 years old. He provided details around each of the issues and the potential down fall of not fixing them or putting the fixes off to a later date. Long story short, we decided to get a new system. It was installed yesterday by Drew and Brandon. We opted for the heat pump and new furnace combination. The guys were great! Arrived on time. Were knowledgeable, personable and professional. The install went without a hitch. I highly recommend Comfort Matters. Their techs are always great to deal with. They don't try and sell you something you don't need. They lay out the facts and let you decide. Great job guys!!!
