Lyndon came out today to do a furnace tune up. He took the time to explain why a new furnace was recommended, showed me pictures of wear and tear on the furnace and how this could affect the equipment. He provided knowledgeable responses to my questions and walked through options and pricing without being aggressive or pushy. I have only had Comfort Matters come to my home twice and each time I have been extremely pleased with the service and the professionalism of their employees. Alex came out to do my AC tune up today. Polite, courteous, professional, knowledgeable. Takes the time needed to explain everything that he is doing and any improvements suggested without pressure while still being respectful of my time. This is the second time he’s been to my home and each time he’s made everything seamlessly easy. I can’t recommend Comfort Matters enough.
