I've been a Comfort Matters customer for nearly 10 years and have never been disappointed. Their work is always first-class and their rates are reasonable. Today, Chad inspected, cleaned and serviced my air conditioning system. As a Sunshine Club member, it didn't cost a dime. I love these guys!

I had Jon Tripp out to the house for some plumbing work and just wanted to give him credit. He really knew what he was talking about, and he took the time to explain things in a way that actually made sense to me instead of just doing the work and handing me a bill. He just told me straight what was going on and what my options were. After he left, I went and researched everything he'd walked me through, and it backed up exactly what he said - including some stuff I'd been trying to figure out for years. So now I'm planning to do more to the house down the road. He also clearly took pride in the work - treated my house like it was his own and represented Comfort Matters the same way. I'll be requesting Jon from now on. If you're dealing with Comfort Matters, ask for him.

Drew is very patient and knowledgeable. He made the tuning experience a learning experience for us. Explained all the details. I have thoroughly enjoyed the HVAC experience with comfort matters ways. They are all intentionally thorough.

Air Conditioning Replacement in Rogers, MN 55374

“Still highly recommended. These guys did an AC/Furnace replacement just before last summer and AC worked great AND my power bill had a noticeable drop – granted my old unit was like 20 years old. Install was quick and easy. Just got through winter with the furnace running and the new humidifier and again – everything working great. They came out again last week as part of their service/tune up plan and tech was super helpful with some outstanding questions I had.”
