The technicians arrived right on time and were extremely professional and friendly. I had to leave for work but Drew gave me a complete walk through on what would be happening. My wife was home all day and was very pleased with Brandon and Drew's curtiousness and professionalism. All work was completed when I came home from work everything clean, it was like they were never here, except for the new furnace and AC unit.

I had my A/C serviced today by Cody with Comfort Matters. The issue was my Lennox thermostat wasn’t communicating with the furnace, in fact he even informed me that the thermostat that I had I wasn’t getting all the benefits from it, since I didn’t have the correct A/C condenser. It was a really good experience. It’s nice to finally have the A/C working as well. thank you Cody!

They communicated the whole time, they took care of me, were super professional. Eric was awesome, and felt like he was acting in my best interest, which isn’t always the case with HVAC companies. Would highly recommend!

“Still highly recommended. These guys did an AC/Furnace replacement just before last summer and AC worked great AND my power bill had a noticeable drop – granted my old unit was like 20 years old. Install was quick and easy. Just got through winter with the furnace running and the new humidifier and again – everything working great. They came out again last week as part of their service/tune up plan and tech was super helpful with some outstanding questions I had.”
