Comfort Matters as a company appears very organized and customer satisfaction oriented. The are very good at communicating information related to an up coming inspection and repairs visits.
My technician, Nic Stoddard, did a wonderful job, very professional. Knew exactly what he was doing, was timely, professional, polite, courteous and did an overall exemplary job. Explained everything he did and what he recommended for the future and sent me an email with quotes for a possible new water heater we discussed along with photos of everything he did which made me feel very safe that my furnace is now running at peak efficiency. Will be hiring comfort matters in the future as well. I thought the text before he arrived with Nic's bio was pretty cool. We had a tankless water heater installed recently and we are very happy with the results. They were friendly, helpful and informative and very quick to respond to the old leaking water heater. We highly recommend them!
He came just for furnace seasonal check up but helped me remove and clean the condensate pump and redesigned the drain line to make removal & clean easier next time. That was great ! Then he helped me remove a plumbing snake I got stuck trying to clean as shower drain. All this at 8:00 pmWhat’s next - ha!

My water heater quit on a Thursday evening and by Friday afternoon, the next day, Nick Goth had installed a new one as well as other, needed, modifications. As well as bi-yearly tune-ups, they continue to do a great job.

They answered my questions and did a great job keeping me in the loop on duct routing, etc.

Comfort Mattersers' technician Kyle Christopher did a fantastic job! He was friendly and knew his stuff, answering our questions and getting the job done quickly. He left us with smiles and peace of mind. He cleaned an inspected the AC unit outside and inside, treated the AC drip pan to prevent bacteria etc., installed a furnace surge protector, and did a pre-winter furnace tune up.

18 Years ago Comfort Matters saved us from carbon monoxide poisoning. We are on the plan where they come out every six months to clean and check the furnace and a/c. Great / honest service. Very respectful employees. Because the furnace is 18 years old and the a/c is 26 years old it is time to put a new system in. The furnace displayed a very small crack. I have no worries putting the new system in, Plus they have saved me money advising on all the discounts and rebates out there.Thank you Corey and his team.

Wes was able to pinpoint the culprits of my furnace and water heater problems on first visit (it was not easy, btw), and fixed them on subsequent appointments (special order parts were needed, thus slight delay), while providing detailed explanation of the work to be done and the reasons for it (with a walk-through and pointing to evidence of the problems; he also provided his expert opinion and offered several options for solution). More so, he went far beyond expected to investigate a noise problem in vent ducts, and found a solution yet again!I believe that Wes is a true professional who really cares about quality of his work, and I can wholeheartedly recommend his services. Thank you, Wesley!Comfort Matters pricing policies are very reasonable: no "hourly charge" BS on a service call - only flat fee, and technician is there to find the root cause of the problem for as long as it takes; same applies to repair work - exact estimate upfront, no gimmicks, no extra charges, no push to sell you something that you do not really need. Not an advertisement, I've been CM customer for over a decade. Seriously, I am paying them, and they did not pay me to leave this review - just my appreciation of quality work and quick response.2025-09-17 - Chad was here to perform regular tune-up and inspection of the furnace. Did a great job, no complaints whatsoever, even made friends with my dog and one of my cats. And I must say that I am paying CM $15.99 a month as a "preferred customer", but I can honestly say that it is a good deal, with free furnace tune-up and ac cleaning twice a year, plus discounts - and NO, this is not an advertisement, just and honest opinion of a happy customer... believe it or not, your choice - but I am sticking with Comfort Matters for foreseeable future.

We called Comfort Matters to come out and just do a general tune-up on our aging 20 year old system as it had been about 5 years since last checked, with the primary concern being the A/C unit. Included in the A/C check was a full system check that Comfort Matters was running this month as a special for no extra charge.John Reiter did an excellent job checking out our system, and was very thorough. Afterwards, he explained to me on what his findings were and took the time to elaborate on any questions that I had. He gave several options of maintaining the existing equipment to keep it in operation, and he also indicated that Comfort Matters can do a full replacement if needed. I appreciate how this was approached by John as he did not try to push any service too hard.I would definitely recommend the inspection service again...some of the components that John reported were beginning to show signs of concern can be addressed by myself, and it is extremely helpful having an expert do a write-up.When it comes time to fully commit to a new system, I will highly consider Comfort Matters.
