Same Day Service Guarantee is only available when requested by the customer. Excludes Sunday and Holidays. Service appointments must be made by 3pm to be eligible for same day guarantee. If service appointment cannot be booked for the same day customer will receive the next available service appointment and we will waive the dispatch free and bring your furnace or air conditioner back to working order for no charge. If your equipment is not repairable or parts are not available Comfort Matters will allow that credit towards a replacement unit up to $500 value. This is not redeemable for cash. Guarantee Requirements:
- Customer must provide a written competitor’s quote prior to installation.
- Equipment must be comparable in size, efficiency, and overall quality.
- Competitor pricing must not include subcontracted labor.
- The competing bid must be from a licensed contractor operating out of a commercial business location (not a home-based business).
- Offer applies to residential furnace and air conditioner installations only.
