Excellent service and thorough explanations. I've used Comfort Matters several times for heating and cooling and all of the technicians have been fantastic. Today Lyndon Yang came out and worked on my furnace and was no exception. He walked me through all repairs, presented different options and answered all of my questions. John was very informative taking the time to explain to me what the different measurements being taken were and how they related to each other. Very professional and didn't huff or puff when I asked them.Comfort Matters will be replacing my 23 year old furnace and AC this Friday. Hopefully, this experience will be as good as this one.Update....Friday has come and new system installed. Taylor and Keith did a great job removing and installing the new system. They cleaned up when competed and protected floors while working.I am very happy with the work they did. I am currently adjusting to the new normals of a high efficiency system, and though not what am used to (old energy guzzler to one that is not) I am pleased to admit the system is working great and doing what it is designed to do.My upstairs is no longer hotter than the downstairs which is great. System does run less while maintaining set temp.I will update if I have any info.No complaints=no update.Thanks again to everyone at Comfort Matters.Update updateJaydn performed the system check and all systems go.He was most informative and answered all my questions as they materialized.I am committing to the electronic filter system with uv germ buster as the filters are plugging up too quick and some dust is getting through and ending up on the blower fins. Roe on electronic air care is longer but better air inside my home is my ultimate goal.Still pleased with the service provided. Cheaper monthly payments vs a single larger yearly payment for the club is annoying but I'll pay monthly to save.

With temperatures below zero a groundfall circuit interrupter was shutting off our furnace. The first thing we did was call Comfort Matters. The employee on the phone was incredibly nice to deal with. She checked with the technician in the shop about our problem. Nick, the technician, showed up within thirty minutes. The cause of the G FI trippings was mysterious to say the least. Nick was also very professional and motivated. He examined our system and found several things that needed attention and quickly remedied every single one. He explained everything to me to make sure I knew what to do to avoid any future issues. In today's world I was surprised at the superior level of customer service Nick provided. From the gregarious phone reception to the service provided I thought.... what a GREAT team to work with.

We survived! At one point i had leggings under jeans, a turtlenck under a sweater, under a zip-up fleece jacket, socks, slippers, and a down winterThe new furnace is in and the house is toasty! We have a fancy new system with a heat pump, a super efficient air filter, and a thermostat that I can control with my phone! What will they think of next? We used a local company, Comfort Matters. We didn't get a bunch of estimates because we were in dire straits, freezing our tuchuses off. We had contact with several young people from start to finish: repair guy, estimator guy, duct cleaning guys, installers, electricians, supervisors...each and every one of them was competent, polite, helpful, and above all, kind. What a great experience! The system seems to be working, we should get rebates and credits, and lower energy bills too!Thanks to friends and neighbors who offered help, space heaters and a place to stay if it got too bad (it didn't, with only the last night being below zero degrees Farenheit).Kindness matters! Our potentially horrible experience was turned around by the kindness of friends, and a company that must instill in its employees the importance of thoughtfulness in words and deeds, in addition to competence. We are warm from head to toe and in our hearts too!

Lyndon Yang came to help get things back in action with my furnace but after careful inspection it seems extra work and parts are needed with higher cost. He helped me set up a time to get quotes.on a new system and made sure things were set so I could at least use the fan part. Lyndon did a great job and I appreciate his professionalism.

I've been looking for a business like this for 3 years and am thrilled to find that this company is extremely helpful. So we had Lyndon out to check over our furnace for a noise and maintenance checkup. Unfortunately, the noise was the inducer motor, and the blower motor had a small leak. He clearly gave us all of our options, including making us aware of huge rebates that expire at the end of the year. Lyndon gave us quotes on every repair and replacement option with no upselling or pressure. We did choose to replace our system because of the age, 14+ years old, and the rebates. Never had a bad experience with Comfort Matters, so looking forward to install which they'll get done within the week!

Comfort matters installed a new furnace for me. Install was quick and they did a great job, however there was a slight install issue that was creating a noise when the heat kicked on. Lyndon Yang came out the next day and repaired the issue for no charge. Pleasant experience overall.

I am a first time customer at Comfort Matters. I called to have my furnace inspected before winter; yes I know winter is upon us now. To my surprise I was able to have a technician come out the very next week. Lyndon Yang arrived at my door with a smile on his face and ready to do the inspection. Lyndon was professional, knowledgeable, and educated me on everything with my furnace. He showed me the photos and explained the good and the bad. After the inspection, we talked about the pros and cons of fixing or replacing; there was no doubt in my mind that that I needed to replace the 27 year old furnace, air conditioner and water heater. This is where Lyndon listened to me and my situation. He took the time to evaluate everything and I am getting all new items NEXT WEEK , how about that for service! Everyone who I have had contact with has been friendly, patient, and understanding. I’m looking forward to the installation and hope they are as conscientious as Lyndon and the others I’ve dealt with. Also they have several ways to pay this huge bill, including zero percent financing for one year. Glad to have Comfort Matters taking care of my needs. Thank you! We had our annual plumbing inspection, which is a service included with our Sunshine Membership. Jimmy was great, and very friendly! He called me about 20 minutes prior to showing up to let me know he was on his way. He explained things very clearly to me before he started, during the work and after he was done.
