Comfort matters installed a new furnace for me. Install was quick and they did a great job, however there was a slight install issue that was creating a noise when the heat kicked on. Lyndon Yang came out the next day and repaired the issue for no charge. Pleasant experience overall.

The crew was very friendly, cordial, and considerate not to mention professional, they got the job done in a reasonable time frame. They used tarps to keep my wood floors clean and unmarked. When my heat went out overnight on Sunday, I scheduled the first available appointment for Monday morning. Lyndon arrived promptly **before 8:00 AM**, which was already impressive. He carefully diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and answered all of my questions without ever seeming rushed. I am a first time customer at Comfort Matters. I called to have my furnace inspected before winter; yes I know winter is upon us now. To my surprise I was able to have a technician come out the very next week. Lyndon Yang arrived at my door with a smile on his face and ready to do the inspection. Lyndon was professional, knowledgeable, and educated me on everything with my furnace. He showed me the photos and explained the good and the bad. After the inspection, we talked about the pros and cons of fixing or replacing; there was no doubt in my mind that that I needed to replace the 27 year old furnace, air conditioner and water heater. This is where Lyndon listened to me and my situation. He took the time to evaluate everything and I am getting all new items NEXT WEEK , how about that for service! Everyone who I have had contact with has been friendly, patient, and understanding. I’m looking forward to the installation and hope they are as conscientious as Lyndon and the others I’ve dealt with. Also they have several ways to pay this huge bill, including zero percent financing for one year. Glad to have Comfort Matters taking care of my needs. Thank you! Do not do business with this company. If you do, and they offer a credit check to tell you “what your payment would be,” don’t do it. They will submit a loan application on your behalf, even if you do not choose them to do the work. Reporting them to the BBB.

We had our annual plumbing inspection, which is a service included with our Sunshine Membership. Jimmy was great, and very friendly! He called me about 20 minutes prior to showing up to let me know he was on his way. He explained things very clearly to me before he started, during the work and after he was done. It started out with yearly maintenance. We had worked with Lyndon when we replaced our AC unit and he was the maintenance tech that inspected our furnace. Our furnace was twenty-one years old this year and I had noticed some combustion issues with it. Lyndon did testing and found that our furnace wasn't exhausting CO due to age and corrosion issues with our heat exchanger in the furnace. I was skeptical at first thinking he just want to sell us a furnace, but he showed me the readings. The CO readings should rise to 100ppm and then when the exhaust fan kicks in it should drop to 50ppm. Ours started at 50 and topped out at 950ppm. The safety threshold is 400ppm, anything greater and the furnace is "red tagged" and condemned. That kind of CO could travel into the ducts and throughout the house. Because we are members of the their Sunshine Club, we received the maintenance call, prioritization of replacement and discount on purchase of new equipment.It took about fourty-eight hours for the installation crew to arrive. Brady arrived first, then Joe. The install was a little complex because we were changing to a high efficiency furnace so we needed PVC run and intake ducting replaced, and all done with a furnace that was surrounded by three walls, so not much space to maneuver. Nick and Mitchell showed up to help with all the details when the day started to get late. All told it took about seven hours from start to finish. By the time they left, we had a new furnace, larger intake, and better filter. The financing was super easy and the cost of the different options for replacement was clear.We had a great conversation with Lyndon about what would work best for us and we never felt pressured to buy things we didn't need. Comfort Matters takes care of the entire process from start to finish. So while we weren't happy about having to buy a new furnace, Comfort Matters made the entire process simple and answered all of my questions before and during the process.We are pleased with our purchase and hope this is our next twenty year furnace.

Nick, Brady, and crew completed a big job today removing my old furnace and heat pump then installing a new furnace and heat pump, plus new ventilation all in a days work! They did so with professionalism and skill! They were friendly, respectful, and cleaned up completely after themselves (you wouldn’t know they were here after they left except for the shiny new, way more efficient equipment they installed). Lyndon was awesome! Answered all my questions, quickly assessed the issue (furnace stopped working), and immediately had a solution. Even worked with the supplier to get the part covered under warranty which saved me over $500. We’ve had Comfort Matters for 2 years now and super impressed including today when they were able to come out same day. Again, Lyndon was awesome to work with, super helpful, and got our heat turned back on quickly. Thank you!

They went over and beyond my expectations. Initially, a part that was needed to connect out thermostats to WiFi was going to take a week to secure, but the service manager, Jordan lilland, able to find one that same day. They sent out the same wonderful tech Eric Vang and he did the job seamlessly and in good time. This was our first time using them and they won our business because we signed up for their service plan too.

We called Comfort Matters when we noticed our house wasn’t heating efficiently. With little ones in the house, it was important that we got it checked out ASAP. Comfort Matters sent a technician out the same day! They sent a bio for our tech to us beforehand so we knew who was coming & knew a bit about them.Our tech was very friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything to us before beginning any work. He ended up replacing our blower motor and while here, noticed that the company that installed our AC messed up some wiring, so he fixed that for us too!Would highly recommend Comfort Matters. They will be our first call the next time we have any HVAC issues.
