Chad was here today for my annual air conditioner tuneup. He was extremely professional and very personable. He explained the bells and whistles on the air conditioner and furnace in terms that I could understand. He went above and beyond to help with a few things that were not part of the annual inspection! I feel like I made a new friend today. Wonderful experience with Comfort Matters. Would highly recommend them.

They arrived on time with many helpers to get our project done.Nick and Brandon introduced themselves to us and said they would be up and down could ask any questions and we did. They made us feel comfortable putting in our furnace air conditioner.Everything went smoothly with all parts. Many people to do our job all very nice to us.The job was done very efficiently.They picked everything up left no mess. Which is very unusual maybe even better.Showed us how our system worked and that they will check on us to make sure everything is in great working order.PS it rained all day and poor guys outside did it all in rain .We have nothing but great things. We would recommend them highly.

My AC unit was dead and our furnace is pretty old. Lyndon came out to look at my heating and cooling system. He recommended and gave multiple quotes on their different tier systems. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and wasn't pushy just to try and sell me something. Decided to go with their 3 star system for heating and cooling, add a humidifier, and get duct cleaning (pending). Jackson and another gentleman came out to complete the install. They were friendly and communicated clearly on how long it would take and provided step by step what was going to be done. After the install Jackson, went through with what was done, how to use the humidifier and thoroughly answered any question I had.**Update** 6/12/2025 Brady and another gentleman came and did our duct cleaning. Both were friendly and professional. They were thorough with the duct cleaning and made sure to clean up any message made. Before and after pictures were provided.

Jake was at our house for 5 hours trying to find a leak. He wasn’t able to find it, but put a sealant in it that hopefully, will track it down. We are pleased with his hard work and desire to have a good resolution for us.

Comfort Matters came out today to service my air conditioner as part of my Sunshine Club membership. The technician was knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. I like the fact that Comfort Matters sends a text with a photo and short bio of the tech they're sending. They're also very good about sending service and appointment reminders. Top notch, reliable company.

Comfort Matter's highers nothing but great friendly people. We use their home services for both A/C and plumbing and every time a new person comes out, they are the most friendly and professional. I like how they send out their bios before they come so you know a little about them and a picture of them so you know what they look like before they arrive. Oh, they also do a great job too!

We recently had an issue with another company that we had used for years and reached out to Comfort Matters. Jaydn came out and took care of us when the other company left us hanging with no A/C and a hot weekend coming up. After Jaydn was out at our house, there was a minor issue that I called back on and they were out the very next day and fixed the issue with no push back. Comfort Matters will be our new go to HVAC company in the future.

I called Comfort Matters first thing in the morning needing someone to come and fix our furnace. It's a busy time of year so I wasn't very hopeful that someone could come out same day. However, Comfort Matters had someone out that afternoon and we had heat restored within the hour. The tech they sent (Cody) was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. We will definitely be calling Comfort Matters moving forward.

Tech was great and gave recommendations. Only issue I have is the part that needed replacing (capacitor) costs $15 on Amazon and anyone can easily replace in 5-10 min yet they wanted $625. Pretty standard probably for AC places but think it's ridiculous. Would have gave 4 or 5 stars if not for the quoted price for 5 min of work.

After having another HVAC company push out my appointment two days in a row I called Comfort Matters. They scheduled me two days out and gave a guaranteed 3 hour appointment window. I got a call from the Technician when he was on his way. He was prompt, professional and listened to my concerns. He was able to quickly diagnose and show me video of the issue with my AC unit and explain what was happening and what needed to be fixed. I got the quote on the spot and was able to have the system fixed within 30 minutes. Great experience. Would recommend Comfort Matters.
