*Updated 5/10/25* I've used Comfort Matters for 6 years now and they are hands down the best! My family has used them for or ac, furnace, plumbing and duct cleaning. All of the technicians are always friendly and they make sure to explain everything very well. 🤗 Lyndon and Jaydn came out this week and as always they were great! I highly recommend Comfort Matters to everyone for all of your heating, cooling, duct and plumbing needs!

Purchased new AC and furnace in August of 2023. Have had nothing but problems since!The AC does not cool our home in the least and our home is always hotter than it is outside. For example….it is currently after 2AM and our home is currently at 78° while it is less than 70° outside.We have kept up on maintenance and have called Comfort Matters out multiple times every summer!Last summer, they finally found that whoever originally installed the system left the paperwork attached the inside and that was causing airflow problems. Had to call them out again last summer because the system still was not keeping up and was told to do an air duct cleaning for around $1,000.Overall very frustrating given the cost of the new unit, the fact that our previous unit that was much older cooled our home significantly better prior to going out in the middle of a heat wave in 2023 and we have gotten nothing but the runaround since purchase and installation as well as nothing but excuses from this company as to why our new unit has NEVER worked!The unit isn’t even 2 years old and we’ve had to call this company out every summer since installation with no resolution. They are coming out again tomorrow and I’m sure it will be a waste of our time and our family will continue to suffer in summers :/

We started using Comfort Matters a couple of years ago when we had AC problem and they got things taken care of right away. Now we have maintenance contracts with them for heating, cooling and plumbing. They’re always professional and do a great job explaining everything. Lyndon has been out several times and goes above and beyond to get things done. A big thank you to the entire team!

Lyndon and Jackson both provided excellent service. Even though we were scheduled for a diagnostic on Weds, Comfort called up Tues evening saying they were available then and Lyndon came out shortly after. We had an ongoing issue from last fall that a different company had charged us money for, did not fix, and became difficult to get a hold of. Lyndon was all over our system and laid out the options for us along with his professional opinion. We were so happy with the drastically better service that we signed up for the service plan and a new AC. After walking through the various options as well as some food for though for later improvements, Lyndon gave us the expectation that it would likely be early the next week but he would call then and there to get the install scheduled despite it being almost 9 at night (after asking us if it was ok that he was still here). Amazingly they were able to schedule the install the next day. The unit arrived around 8am and about 9:30 Jackson was on-site to install. By about 1 we had a newer better AC and Jackson walked through some new features and any questions I had about that as well as some other unrelated HVAC questions I had. I'm looking forward to having Comfort Matters maintain my systems as well as some other project work I have coming down the line based on this experience.

I called Comfort Matters based on records available from a previous owner of my home. I had a bad experience with a large HVAC company previously so I was apprehensive but our AC was broken and we needed help. I was pleasantly surprised I was able to schedule an appointment within 24 hours and with only a 4 hour window and for the evening hours. I even received a call back on a Sunday. Lyndon Yang came out to service our unit and was so friendly and easy to talk to. He did a thorough job explaining the issue and was so helpful in breaking down all of our options and weighing the pros and cons of each based on our specific situation. It was nothing like my previous experience with an HVAC company. I would definitely recommend Comfort Matters and specifically Lyndon Yang.

They were prompt about communicating when they were coming, and confirmed how to get to our home which is hard to find. Kyle was very professional, he worked efficiently and he was quite observant and made suggestions and recommendations of future options I might want to consider, and why, but wasn't pushy. Very courteous and considerate of my home, and he was working in a deluge.

Comfort Matters has been our Heating & Cooling contractor since 2012. We have purchased a complete high efficiency Furnace, AC Unit, and Humidifier from them twice, in 2012 and in 2024 for installation in two separate houses. They have excellent service. UPDATE: Have you had your AC system checked for summer? We just did, and Lyndon Yang from Comfort Matters did an excellent job checking it over. He did all of his checks, then reviewed everything with us. THIS is why we stick with Comfort Matters. Great service from great folks, like Lyndon.Here is why we keep coming back to Comfort Matters: THEY CARE. Every interaction with the Comfort Matters team is polite and professional. We have them do semi-annual checkups on our system, and we have had them replace our AC. Today, we had them replace our furnace. They had spotted a troubling issue on a recent checkup, and we decide to get it replaced. The install team was Ian Holt and Nolan, both of whom were professional and competent technicians. They did an amazing job on the installation. And Ian inspected our system thoroughly, and ensured any issues were properly resolved. They cared about the work they were doing. Lots of places SAY they care about doing a good job. Comfort Matters proved they actually DO care about doing a good job. And that is why we keep coming back to them. So when you finally get tired of other hvac companies giving you shoddy work, call Comfort Matters. You’ll be glad you did.

Anthony came out to clean the heads of my mini split system. He was knowledgeable and performed the task efficiently. As always, great service, great communication for our spring AC tune up. Highly recommend.Nov 2024 Eric just serviced our furnace and replaced the flame sensor. Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly.Highly recommend Comfort Matters!Cody just provided our Spring AC check. He was efficient, explained things well. He also advised me re our humidifier. Such a nice guy! Our dog loved him! Once again, Comfort Matters hits the highest mark!Jon was just here (Jan 2024) to service our furnace. Great guy! Great service! He explained everything well.
