Lyndon was awesome! Answered all my questions, quickly assessed the issue (furnace stopped working), and immediately had a solution. Even worked with the supplier to get the part covered under warranty which saved me over $500. We’ve had Comfort Matters for 2 years now and super impressed including today when they were able to come out same day. They went over and beyond my expectations. Initially, a part that was needed to connect out thermostats to WiFi was going to take a week to secure, but the service manager, Jordan lilland, able to find one that same day. They sent out the same wonderful tech Eric Vang and he did the job seamlessly and in good time. This was our first time using them and they won our business because we signed up for their service plan too.

We called Comfort Matters when we noticed our house wasn’t heating efficiently. With little ones in the house, it was important that we got it checked out ASAP. Comfort Matters sent a technician out the same day! They sent a bio for our tech to us beforehand so we knew who was coming & knew a bit about them.Our tech was very friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything to us before beginning any work. He ended up replacing our blower motor and while here, noticed that the company that installed our AC messed up some wiring, so he fixed that for us too!Would highly recommend Comfort Matters. They will be our first call the next time we have any HVAC issues.

Kyle was my tech and he is extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in easy to understand terms. He was very thorough and his passion for his work really stood out. Everyone I dealt with at Comfort Matters was extremely competent and customer oriented. They gave me the most responsive high efficiency furnace bid at the best price of five bids solicited. The owner, Cory followed up on my questions and made sure the bid addressed them. The installation crew was the best I have ever had for a major appliance purchase. Drew arrived exactly on time and ensured that all traffic areas were covered and protected. He and his assistant both knew exactly what needed to be done and explained everything I needed to know.

We have been engaging Comfort Matters for our HVAC maintenance, plumbing needs. In the last 3 years, their technicians have come out for tune up and maintenance of our home systems. I would say the engagement has been absolutely fantastic. 10/8Lyndon Y. was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He noticed a zone damper was not opening all the way and gave me a tip on how to fix it. Comfort Matters is the best HVAC company I've worked with.John R. was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issues he saw during the furnace tune up and answered all my questions. He noticed things missed by another tech from another company and didn't tell me I needed to replace my furnace like the other tech did. Just need a few repairs and tweaks. My technician, Nic Stoddard, did a wonderful job, very professional. Knew exactly what he was doing, was timely, professional, polite, courteous and did an overall exemplary job. Explained everything he did and what he recommended for the future and sent me an email with quotes for a possible new water heater we discussed along with photos of everything he did which made me feel very safe that my furnace is now running at peak efficiency. Will be hiring comfort matters in the future as well. I thought the text before he arrived with Nic's bio was pretty cool. He came just for furnace seasonal check up but helped me remove and clean the condensate pump and redesigned the drain line to make removal & clean easier next time. That was great ! Had a furnace and ac tune up as part of my maintenance plan. Took 2 1/2 hrs never adjusted the burn of the furnace or measured it. Last yr sold me an auto igniter to $400 at over priced and this year tried to tell me lots is wrong with my system trying to up sell me.Horrible experience. Asked about replacing a thermostat with a new one I purchased and install the c wire adapter I bought. - total effort is connect 4 wires to the thermostat and 4 to the adapter. Price quote for 10 -15?min of labor $350. I will never use them for any work!Update, I just have my furnace tuned up by the firm that I have used for many years.They adjusted the burn checked everything. It is working fine. No need for any of workI personally installed the thermostat. No additional work was required. The C wire was available and it took less than 15 to install and program. The technician was conveniently wrong!

I recently switched to Comfort Matters from a competitor and have been happy with the change so far.9/25/2025 update: Lyndon and Drew installed an additional return, whole home dehumidifier, electronic air cleaner, and HEPA bypass. They answered my questions and did a great job keeping me in the loop on duct routing, etc.

Comfort Mattersers' technician Kyle Christopher did a fantastic job! He was friendly and knew his stuff, answering our questions and getting the job done quickly. He left us with smiles and peace of mind. He cleaned an inspected the AC unit outside and inside, treated the AC drip pan to prevent bacteria etc., installed a furnace surge protector, and did a pre-winter furnace tune up.
