Our air conditioning was not working. I called Comfort Matters, hoping they could get someone out early next week, but they had a technician, Lyndon Yang, out in a couple of hours! Lyndon was great in explaining what the issues with our AC was and our options. Really appreciate the friendly and professional service!

I had a very good experience with Comfort Matters. Chase came out and walked me through options. He was very nice. Answered my questions and was very quick to get back to me. Install crew were very nice as well. I don't know tons about HVAC, but the finished install looks good and you wouldn't have known they were even there after they left.

I had Corey Hickmann perform a furnace inspection this week and he was prompt, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained the importance of carbon monoxide detectors and made a recommendation on what type of furnace filter to buy and how often to change them. Comfort Matters has always provided me with top tier customer service! Highly recommended.

They arrived on time with many helpers to get our project done.Nick and Brandon introduced themselves to us and said they would be up and down could ask any questions and we did. They made us feel comfortable putting in our furnace air conditioner.Everything went smoothly with all parts. Many people to do our job all very nice to us.The job was done very efficiently.They picked everything up left no mess. Which is very unusual maybe even better.Showed us how our system worked and that they will check on us to make sure everything is in great working order.PS it rained all day and poor guys outside did it all in rain .We have nothing but great things. We would recommend them highly.

My AC unit was dead and our furnace is pretty old. Lyndon came out to look at my heating and cooling system. He recommended and gave multiple quotes on their different tier systems. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and wasn't pushy just to try and sell me something. Decided to go with their 3 star system for heating and cooling, add a humidifier, and get duct cleaning (pending). Jackson and another gentleman came out to complete the install. They were friendly and communicated clearly on how long it would take and provided step by step what was going to be done. After the install Jackson, went through with what was done, how to use the humidifier and thoroughly answered any question I had.**Update** 6/12/2025 Brady and another gentleman came and did our duct cleaning. Both were friendly and professional. They were thorough with the duct cleaning and made sure to clean up any message made. Before and after pictures were provided.

Comfort Matter's highers nothing but great friendly people. We use their home services for both A/C and plumbing and every time a new person comes out, they are the most friendly and professional. We recently had an issue with another company that we had used for years and reached out to Comfort Matters. Jaydn came out and took care of us when the other company left us hanging with no A/C and a hot weekend coming up. After Jaydn was out at our house, there was a minor issue that I called back on and they were out the very next day and fixed the issue with no push back.
